Substance Abuse Council
The Substance Abuse Council provides educational programs to the youths in Grayson and Fannin Counties. With our programs these youths have prevention on their side to guard against the abusive substances such as alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. The purpose is to prevent and intervene in the process of alcohol/drug addiction and the use of tobacco by minors.

Ineligibility conditions:
- Felons
- Convicted or charged with a Sexual Crime
- Convicted or charged with Domestic Violence
