Emergency shelters are provided for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault., Services are free and confidential. The Community Advocacy and Prevention Education (CAPE) Programs are in many school districts in the county. The Sexual Assault Interagency Forensic Team (SAIF) provides services to victims of sexual assault and other violent crimes.
